We read everything. If your message is a correction to a specific plate, put the vessel name in the subject line so it does not get lost.

What we can help with

• A plate that behaved differently in your conditions — tell us your light, your water and your room temperature.
• An error in a species name, a measurement or a substrate description.
• Permission requests for quoting or reproducing a plate.
• A question about a build you are planning, where the answer is not already on the plate.

What we cannot do

• Diagnose a plant problem from a photograph alone with any confidence.
• Recommend a specific supplier or ship plants.
• Give advice on structural glass, wiring or anything that carries a safety risk.

Response time

This is a small operation run alongside actual building, so expect a reply within about a week. Correction reports go to the front of the queue.
